International terms of service

Terms for CodeGryphon services supplied to international customers by SELFORB W.L.L and purchases through Paddle.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Regional account and purchase rules

The country determined from your current IP address selects the regional documents and payment provider. Language does not change that selection. A VPN can change the detected region. The supplier and payment provider shown when a purchase is created determine the terms for that purchase. Accounts, projects and the glyph balance are shared between regional access points. Using another region requires reviewing its applicable documents before purchasing; previous purchases retain their original supplier and payment provider.

The shared account and service database is hosted in Amazon Web Services eu-north-1 (Sweden). Requests through the Russian access point are forwarded to that shared infrastructure. The detected country is recorded with the document version and acceptance time. Payment providers receive the information required to process your purchase under their own terms and privacy notices.

1. Supplier and scope

SELFORB W.L.L, a Bahrain limited liability company with commercial registration 163604-1, supplies and operates CodeGryphon for customers purchasing international packages through Paddle. Our registered address is Office 413, Building 125, Road 1702, Block 317, Diplomatic Area, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. Contact us at support@codegryphon.ai.

These terms govern your use of the international service and its packages. The supplier identified at checkout determines which purchase terms apply. Purchases from another supplier or through another payment channel remain subject to the terms shown for that purchase. You must be at least 18 and have authority to accept these terms for yourself or your organisation.

2. The service

CodeGryphon provides AI-assisted software engineering through desktop and web applications, including work with code, project context, debugging and connected tools. Features and model availability may change. Particular tasks, generated outputs or levels of accuracy are not guaranteed.

Keep your account secure and provide accurate account details. You are responsible for the instructions, files, permissions and integrations you supply, and for reviewing generated code and other outputs before using them. Back up your work and review the permissions you grant to tools that can change files or external systems.

3. Glyph packages and usage

Glyphs measure usage of CodeGryphon software. A one-time package provides the stated usage allowance for 12 months after it is credited, or until the allowance is consumed, whichever occurs first. The applicable package and any different validity period must be displayed before purchase. Packages do not renew automatically and do not authorise recurring charges.

Glyphs are usable only within CodeGryphon. They are not money, a financial asset or a payment instrument, and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash. Refund rights under our refund policy and mandatory law remain available.

Usage depends on the model, context, selected functions and performed operations. The applicable usage method is shown in the service or its documentation. Your account records your balance and usage. Changes to future usage rates do not retrospectively change completed operations. Unused allowance expires at the end of the disclosed package period, subject to mandatory rights.

4. Paddle checkout and delivery

Paddle is our authorised reseller and the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. You purchase the package from the Paddle entity identified at checkout. Paddle processes payment, applicable sales taxes, receipts and payment refunds under its Buyer Terms. We provide the CodeGryphon service and product support.

The checkout shows the package, currency, applicable taxes and final total before you confirm payment. Any currency conversion fee charged by your bank is governed by your agreement with the bank. A successful purchase credits the stated allowance to your signed-in CodeGryphon account after payment confirmation. Contact support if a confirmed payment has not credited your allowance.

5. Refunds and service interruption

Our international refund policy applies to these packages. Paddle processes payment refunds; we do not require you to send a full card number or card security code to request a refund. Paddle’s Buyer Terms and mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any inconsistent refund restriction here.

If we permanently discontinue the paid service before your package expires for reasons other than your breach, you may request a refund for the unused paid portion. We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, provider outages or events outside our reasonable control. Contact support about material delivery or service problems.

6. Content, rights and acceptable use

You retain the rights you have in your own code, files and other content. You grant the permissions necessary to process that content to perform your requested tasks and provide the service. CodeGryphon and its components remain owned by their respective rights holders. Your package provides a limited right to use the service rather than ownership of its software.

Use the service lawfully and only with content and systems you are authorised to access. Do not use it for fraud, malicious code, unlawful access, infringement, abuse of other users or attempts to bypass usage accounting or security controls. Third-party integrations and generated outputs may be subject to third-party rights and terms. Outputs may be inaccurate or similar to outputs received by others.

7. Suspension, responsibility and disputes

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, fraud, unlawful activity or a material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and give an opportunity to resolve it. Any treatment of paid allowance remains subject to the refund policy and mandatory law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect business losses or losses caused by instructions, permissions or content you provide, or your use of unreviewed outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Contact support@codegryphon.ai first about a service dispute. These service terms are governed by Bahrain law, subject to mandatory protections and court rights available in your country of residence. Paddle’s separate payment terms govern your transaction with Paddle. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect; they do not retroactively change completed purchases.
